As our dogs grow older, we start to notice certain things that may not have been not showed up in his earlier years. Perhaps our pooch does not run as quickly as he once did or maybe his appetite is only a fraction of what it once was, yet now there is apparent weight gain. Our favorite is the sudden whitening under the muzzle, a clear indication that Spot is starting to show his years!

As natural as these things are we, as loving and dedicated dog owners, we have to be careful.
