Feeding your pooch fruits and veggies is healthy, and many fruits and veggies are found in your dog's dog food. However, if you're thinking about feeding your doggy some other fruits and veggies that you think are okay to feed him, but you're not sure about, think again.

There are several fruits and vegetables that your pooch cannot have, and it's important for you to keep him away from them. Give him the wrong foods and he could become very ill.

For example, did you know that potatoes cause vomiting, diarrhea, and irregular heartbeats in your doggy? Believe it or not, potatoes contain harmful oxalates, which can cause potentially cause issues in your pup's kidneys, digestive tract, and nervous system.

So before you feed your pooch anything, double check to make sure it's a fruit or veggie he can have.
