When You’re Angry, You’re Actually Intimidating and Confusing Your Dog. Here’s Why:

Our dogs feel our pain and anger. After we’ve come home from a hard day at work, either tired, angry or discouraged, we can see it in their eyes. They are gauging us.

What starts as excitement will eventually turn into a cool gaze. “Is she upset with us?” is seems to ask. We do not purposely try to confuse or intimidate or dogs but while they have the power to make us smile they do not sincerely know when we are angry if they are the cause.

An expert from Brigham Young University finds that dogs may be even more tuned into our moods than we realize!
