
Being out in the heat can have serious side effects not only on humans but your furry friend too. Just like we can suffer from heat stroke from being out in the sun for too long (even with liquids depending on how hot it is), a doggy can experience heatstroke too.
It's not a laughing matter and should be taken very seriously.
Always keep your pup in mind before taking him out in the heat. If it's above 90 degrees never leave him in the car. On a hot day, it's best to leave him in an air conditioned area. If you do have to take him out in the heat be aware of the heatstroke symptoms for your doggy.
Dogs can't cool themselves down very fast because they only have their tongue to help them out. So it's up to you to understand the symptoms.
