Our dogs are curious animals and like babies, everything they come into contact with tends to go into their mouth. If we are lucky they’ll spit it out – if it was not meant to be eaten – but more times than not, Fido swallows. If it’s easily digestible that’s great. If not, off to the vet we go!

We can tell you about the time our Max decided to swallow a long piece of plastic but it’s a long story. Let’s just say our vet, although amused, advised us to keep everything up off the floor.

However, our pet’s antics are rather dull when compared to others and some of the things found in their dog’s bodies through X-rays!
