Animal cruelty is by far one of the most horrendous acts someone can do. It's shameful and meaningless to hurt animals that have no way of defending themselves. Such is the case of the mysteriously cruel intentions of someone that has been placing thumbtacks all over a Northern California dog park.

Dog owners and city officials are furious! It doesn't seem to go away, and now, PETA is becoming involved. This act of trying to harm dogs is no way to treat animals, especially at a place that is designated as a special place for dogs to be free and safe.
