We’ve had more than a few friends wonder what a dog would say if he or she could talk. We laugh at the thought, lamenting over the ten times a day: “Let’s play!” or “I’m hungry!” but on a more serious note there are some significant things dogs might tell us if they were to become verbal.

When broken down, there are probably six things a pooch would say to us if they could actually speak words. What they might say may seem common sense to most but also, could be very heartfelt. Also, when you think about the sad stories we’ve heard in the news lately, it's paramount to us as dog owners to have humane ways of thinking when it comes to our furry family member.

Honestly, some of these brought us to tears. They seem so simple and natural, but there are those out there who, for their reasons, do not appear to understand how vital these behaviors are.
