Naming your doggie is a very personal, yet fun activity. Some pet parents name their dog after someone they love, such as a favorite movie star or TV character. I named my dog Candy but not because I love Candy LOL! I just thought she was (and still is) sweet.

Then there are the doggie parents who like something simple, such as “Spot,” “Max,” or “Rover.” Simple names are sweet and why not name your pooch with a simple name you adore?!

It all depends on what type of names you like, but we recommend getting to know your puppy for a week or two before you pick out a name. Sometimes a name you pick out doesn't end up being like his personality at all!
