We have to wonder what kind of person it is that can adopt a dog, seemingly adore it, then when things get difficult can take that same dog – the one that has loved and been faithful to him – and abandon the pooch in the middle of nowhere.

A dog is a responsibility and just because an owner discovers it is not as easy as they thought to take care of a pooch is no reason to toss it aside! That makes sense to us but, apparently, not to certain dog owners.

The thing is, we understand that dog ownership can often be overwhelming. particularly if you are an active person and have to leave the pooch at home often. Your dog will sometimes retaliate or “act out”, uprooting things, making a mess, but it is all a part of being a dog. If training doesn’t work, tolerance and working on another angle is often what must be done. It is what it is and needs to be addressed – but not dumped!

Sadly, a Pit Bull named Mojave found himself in the situation we are discussing. A beautiful dog he was never the less, tossed out of a car to watch what he thought was his loving owner, drive away and leave him behind. His situation could have been tragic, as are so many others, but something incredible happened!
