We all know that pugs can be a needy dog breed. They don't like to be left alone and crave their owner's attention constantly! Well, if you're worried about your lonely Pug when you leave for work every day, you might want to consider adopting another doggy to keep Mr. Pug entertained.

For some, it might be a great idea, and it might be a problem for others. You have to think about a lot of things before you adopt and bring a second doggy into your home.

Even if your pup is lonely, he might not be too crazy about having a new pooch in his territory! Here is a list of things to mull over before you adopt doggy number two.

If your puggy is too used to being alone and wouldn't take too kindly to another doggy in the house, a new dog in the house may not be the best fit for him.

    I got my dog because he would not accept being a 2nd pug in the house!! My mother tried to take him in and love him, but he and his 1/2 brother fought quite aggressively! He is a joy and a love as an only dog in the house!!! That was over 10yrs ago – he will be 13 in July.
