If you've ever encountered another dog's poop on your lawn, your reaction of annoyance, anger, disbelief -or all of the above- is warranted. Many dog owners are becoming increasingly lazy and assume someone else will pick up their pooch's pile of poo.

Not only is it annoying for you to clean up after another person's dog (you clean up after your own dog as it is!), it's uncalled for. Many people are trying to figure out ways to stop lazy owners from making their dogs mess someone else's problem.
