It’s been said before: There are two types of people in this world: “Dog people” and “Cat people”. And while we definitely feel these two factions can live together in perfect harmony you have to admit there is just a bit more closeness between you and a person who is on the same page.

In this case it mean a friend who is also a dog lover “gets it” when Fido jumps up on them and wants to play or even the opposite, when Spot stares at a new (human) friend – probably smelling another dog on him or her – without being outwardly affectionate (at first!). A dog person know how to wait or that warm-up moment and enjoys the journey!

Today we have some of the reasons why “Dog People” make the best possible friends. Some on this list may be a bit evident but there is such a grain of truth in what is written – and the pictures accompanying the reasons are so wonderful we just had to share!
