Oh, come on! Sometimes a poor pup just needs a place he can lay down his head, away from the maddening rush, a little snuggle place that is as homey as it is practical.
Sounds nice but if you are anything like the Bulldog on the next page, you get the impression he pretty much rules the house with an iron paw. He goes where he wants, eats and drinks all they’ll give him, and if he decided to take a snooze in a place he’s been forbidden to lay on … Well, that was more of a suggestion. Not really a rule, right?
