You're driving through a stretch of your hometown and suddenly your eye catches a glimpse of a stray dog. It's roaming around aimlessly and looks a bit scared, unknowing where to go, dodging cars in traffic.

How did it end up here? Did it escape from his families yard? Did some unscrupulous person drop it off and not look back? The urge is there. You want to help, but there is so much that can go wrong if you put yourself out there.
