Would You Break A Car Window To Save A Dog From Sweltering Heat? This Proposed Law Supports It!

It’s Summer.  It’s hot. There you are, in the middle of a parking lot, and your eyes narrow in on something. Is there a dog in that car? In this heat? The poor little guy is whining, pawing at the car windows and you can only imagine how hot he must be. If it’s ninety degree outside just how hot is it inside the car?

You look around for their owner, but you don't see anyone. There's no water, no shade and the pup looks like he’s fading fast.

What do you do?

You know you want to break that car window but, let’s face it, it’s against the law! Another option is calling a police officer or the local Humane Society. But what if they arrive too late?

If only there was some way to amend current laws so that an ordinary person like you or me can save an animal in distress without facing criminal charges!
