Protect Your Dogs Paws From Hot Surfaces With These Helpful Tips

If you happen to live in a hot climate or your summers are very warm, it's important to take note that when the ground is hot it can burn your pooch's paws. Take Arizona, for example. During the summer time, many pet parents avoid taking their doggies for a walk unless it's in the early morning or late afternoon. Taking them out on the concrete is just too hot for their paws and can actually burn them.

So how do you protect your fur baby's feet? It's simple really. Pick them up if you must go out during the day or keep them on the hot ground only briefly. The last thing you want is for your pup to have burned and dry paws.
