1. Not Having an Appetite

If you notice any sort of inappetence in your pet, it’s important to seek veterinary attention right away, as this could be a symptom of many dangerous ailments.

If your dog is already a picky eater but you suspect him to not feeling his best, try tempting him with a treat or something else that he likes. If he really is in pain or isn't feeling that great, he'll say no to the food. This isn't always the case, but this is another way you can test to see how he's doing.

The same goes for water. If you find he does not want to drink anything, make sure he's not getting dehydrated due to being in pain or not feeling well!
