I have my fourth pug now, and the breed is very courageous. My first pug went to the Vet’s for inoculations and had reaction to them. On the way home she had a heat stroke on a 75* day. She went blind and deaf, but loved that little dog and kept her. She slowly got better over the next month and lived to be 13&1/2 years.
