Despite how messy doggies can be when they eat or drink water, it's not that weird to see. You usually see them by their bowl, lapping up their water or eagerly eating their food. And if they have a long tongue it's all the more challenging to keep water in the bowl!
Well, this cutie of a Pug does things a bit differently when it comes to drinking water…
He is a bit of a wildcard. LOL! When you watch this happy little pooch go about his day, you'll think he's pretty normal. However, just wait until you see him drink some water. You are in for a funny surprise! LOL!
What exactly does he do? You're going to have to watch in order to find out! It's worth the laughs!
Watch this funny Pug drink his water in the most peculiar way on the video on the next page.

You typically see this in puppy mills, sadly. It is really sad when you see an animal that has learned to do it because otherwise it would not get any water. I obviously do not think this is the case with this pup. But it still makes me sad. Puppy mills do it so they can keep water in the cages for longer periods of time without as much human interaction. Like I said I don’t think this woman is doing it for this reason. But it is still sad to see.

Not surprised at all if he is crate trained it would be perfectly normal or if he was trained to drink like that to keep him from getting water up his nose.
