Dogs whine for a variety fo reasons. A doggy may be uncomfortable with where he's sitting, or he may be begging for food. Or, the pooch may be asking his owner for something, especially if that dog toy or item is out of his reach due to his size! There's also the chance that the doggy is feeling left out. Dogs love to whine when they're not the center of attention — LOL!

Well, on the next page there's a cute baby Pug, who is having a problem stepping down some stairs because he's too small. When you hear him complaining, his adorable whines will melt your heart!

There's no doubt about it; this little guy needs some help! From the looks of it, this little cutie would be hard to say no to, especially with those sounds that are coming from that itty bitty body! You need to hear this tiny doggy, and you'll have no problem falling in love with him too.
