You're likely used to your dog drinking water out of a bowl. That's how most doggies do it and when they're thirsty they go over and have a sip with their doggie-tongue. However, there are more ways to drink water then just from a bowl.
How does this pooch drink water? You need to see it to believe it!
WOW! How hilarious was this pooch?! The fact that he had his own personal water bottle was just too hilarious! It was as if he was a giant hamster! LOL! What a silly doggy!
On a serious note, it's pretty cool that this dog was trained to drink from a water bottle! I'm sure his owner had to train him with a few treats to get him to drink like that. Either that or perhaps the parent introduced this way of drinking to him at an early age. Either way, It's impressive that this Pug can drink from a water dispenser!

You typically see this in puppy mills, sadly. It is really sad when you see an animal that has learned to do it because otherwise it would not get any water. I obviously do not think this is the case with this pup. But it still makes me sad. Puppy mills do it so they can keep water in the cages for longer periods of time without as much human interaction. Like I said I don’t think this woman is doing it for this reason. But it is still sad to see.

Not surprised at all if he is crate trained it would be perfectly normal or if he was trained to drink like that to keep him from getting water up his nose.
