It's hard to think about homeless people and their pets out in the cold, but every day there are people who are in need of food, support, and care.
Luckily there are amazing volunteers, even vets, that spend their time providing food and shelter to those in need. Without volunteers, many dogs would not get the proper care that they need.
One such homeless man named Ricky was diagnosed with cancer and was told he only has 6 months to live. He left the hospital because he refused to leave his dog Buddy's side.
Prank it Forward teamed up with an amazing organization and decided to help this homeless man and his dog and you won't believe the results. It's amazing what organizations can do together when they put their thinking caps on and help those in need!
