You have heard of the book: “Men Are From Mars and Women Venus?” In a sense, that sort of scenario can also apply to dogs and cats.

While the two species are known for not getting along very well, there are exceptions. They will tolerate one another if brought together under the same roof.

They have to learn to live together so while they might keep a wary eye on each other it is not sincerely (always) a harmonious relationship. Still, there are instances when a dog and cat get along like best friends?

How is that possible you might ask?

Often one or the other, or both, are brought together when very young before they learn a dislike for strangers, and they become bonded like brothers or sisters. It can be a charming and very interesting relationship!

Now, over on page two, we have a couple of cute pugs that want to play and would play but their cat housemate refuses to be left out of the mix. They really do not seem sure how to play with the feline, and the results are comical!
