Like children, our pets have some of the sweetest ways of showing love and affection. When we have been away and return, they manage a way of telling us they miss us that can often go straight to the heart.
Now, for a dog, that can be a wag of the tail, sloppy kisses, and a generally excited disposition. We love it, but what should we expect from a special needs pet? Especially one who cannot hear?
The pug in the video on page two is deaf but he certainly has a very unique and vocal way of greeting his much missed adopted parent. The love is obvious between these two and the pup’s relief at seeing her again is so touching!
Go on over and take a look at this sweet pug that is over the moon that his mom has returned!

My 13 year old pug does this when I come home. He’s almost deaf and going blind but that doesn’t slow him down.

I have 2 pugs. One that has gone deaf and one that has gone completely blind (diabetes). Nothing stops either one! When they are home in their normal environment you can’t tell they have special needs. Such sweet babies!
