If you’ve ever heard of the phrase “cerebellar ataxia” you know, in essence, this is a person with balance problems. In some cases, it can be severe and in others mild but it is a concern for everyone associated with it.

Now, if a dog has this disorder one might wonder about her quality of life. After all, if a pup can’t get up and wander around without tripping what is he to do?

In the case of Loca, who has a mild variety of the neurological disorder, take it as she sees it event. Loca and her human family members in her forever home are very happy! She is loved and they are loved in return. There are hugs and kisses and walks … Really, the only thing Loca cannot do is run. But that does not mean she can't try to run.
