Family Thinks They’re Getting 2 Normal Dogs, But Then They See Them in Person

Ralphie and Boss

Sometimes we go into adoption with all the best intentions but we probably should read all the fine print! LOL! Still, the Fishers wanted family friendly dogs and they got them. And, we think, they do not regret their choice!

The Fisher family wanted to add to their family and decided on a breed of dog known for getting along with kids.

But when mom and dad saw one of the dogs in person, they were shocked by the size. After all, the breed can grow up to six feet long from nose to tail and weigh over 270 pounds!

Although mom and dad didn't realize just how massive these dogs can get, they know they made the right decision bringing Ralphie and Boss into their home!

While we can imagine the shock on their faces when realizing how big their new pooches were, we cannot help laughing at their predicament. They had already committed on the Newfoundland as the breed for them and while the Fishers probably could have stepped back and said: “Let's rethink this!” They chose to take on the challenge!

And we think they made the right decision! Look at those photos! That is one BIG happy family and, in the end, we think the Fishers could not have hoped for better fur-children than Ralphie and Boss! For more on these delightful yet big fur children, head to Paw My Gosh.
