Just because you live in an apartment doesn’t mean you cannot have dog, particularly if your apartment building allows you to have one. They make the best roommates, are very warm and grateful for nearly all you do, and they don’t use up all the hot water!

However, there are some things you need to watch for. Not all dogs are good for all apartments. Small to medium sized pups are usually the best. That’s not saying you can’t have a bigger pooch but you might want to make sure you have a nice walking area or park near your apartment.

Think about it. If you are single poor Rover, at home all day, will need some walking and romping room eventually.
