The only time we have ever have a problem really communicating with our pooch is when something vitally important catches his eye and he takes off running and refuses to listen to our calls of “Max! Max!” Let’s face it, the neighbor’s cat is just too tempting not to run after, even if Max loves us to pieces!
Still our experiences are not necessarily your experiences. We’ve seen the pup who communicate so well with their human parents that they have learned all sorts of incredible tricks. We are not just talking about the typical sit, lay down, and shake-paw variety but actual communication where simple eye contact means “go-get-the-ball” or “bath-time”!
