
We’ve stated before that life is tough on a dog.
Others disagree, asserting how a cherished pooch is spoiled with her dog bed, snacks, and unconditional love. True that. However, for those dogs that live in cooler climates, in the eastern region of the USA where there is snow, even the simplest thing – like relieving themselves – is a chore.
It is not as if a dog has the luxury of a bathroom with plumbing. They still need that walk or the ability just to run outside to do their business; and when the snow is up to a human’s hip that makes it hard on dogs.
Particularly if they are a smaller pup like a pug.

This looks like my two pugs the first time they had to pee and poo in snow. My hubby shoveled a path for them after that.
