(VIDEO) Watch This Sweet Mommy Pug Deliver Her Pug Puppies – What a Miracle of Life!

pug giving birth

Prepare to witness the perfection and miracle of puggy life! We have a sneak preview of the first pup, already born, but if you wait for it the second pup is on its way! Check the sweet, somewhat confused but loving expression on Mom’s face!

It is not clear if this is the Momma pug’s first litter of puppies but she could not look any more proud! It is interesting to note that although Mom appears to be a tan pug the babies both look dark. So we will assume she mated with a handsome black pug and the darkness was dominant – and beautiful. It would be a pleasure to see how those handsome pugs look today, four years later!

  1. Oh, does she have to be FILMED? And be in a CRATE to give birth? I have a big problem with this. I’ve given birth and I’ll tell you you don’t want to be in a JAIL, and have someone watching you! Poor baby.

  2. My Mom and Dad used to breed Pugs and when they do deliver they have some difficulty breaking the sack with there teeth being offset some how,so my mom used to break the sack for the mother pug and then the dog takes over. I used to hold the pups and mother pug didn’t mind me or anyone else holding them

  3. Irresponsible owners are the cause of any “overpopulation”, not responsible breeders. And we don’t really have an overpopulation problem anymore. Over 80% of dogs in the US are altered and to meet the demand for purebreds and/or rescue dogs now, we’re importing hundreds of thousands of dogs and puppies each year. But somehow breeders are the problems. 98% of dogs in Europe are not altered yet they don’t have any of the issues that we do. Why do you suppose that is? Obviously they are more responsible and educated as a whole. Please stop believing the animal rights propaganda.

  4. My pug was 4 and she delivered 9 pugs. Yes 9. 5 black and 4 fawn. 6 females and 3 males. Two past male, and a female. I kept a black female, and the fawn male. They all went to great homes. I love my pugs. She has a nice whelping bed she didn’t have any problems thank goodness. She did everything herself. She was a great mom. She had three ultra-sounds they only seen 4. I was so so shocked. Cried like a baby when they left:(
