OH SHUT THE EFF UP!!! You act like the pug is emaciated and being starved by its owner!!! I have two pugs….I’ve had them for almosr 15 years and I can tell you that pugs ar3 hungry even when they’re NOT hungry….it’s just their nature!!! They are VERY food driven! They’re also known to become very attached to their humans! This puppy was probably whimper because he wanted his human to play with him or hold him!!!
