You can bring cheer to people you know and strangers by smiling, complimenting someone, or offering to pay for their ice cream.

It's the little things that count and it's the random acts of kindness that really make someone's day.

In today's video, you'll meet Doug the Pug who spreads cheer to a variety of people. His owner comes up with different messages and puts one message at a time on Doug the Pug's neck. He then walks over the stranger with the intended message around his neck.
