If you've ever had a parrot then you know they're infamous for repeating sayings like “pretty bird,” “Polly want a cracker,” and whatever else you decide to teach them. Cockatoos and African Grey parrots are two birds in particular that love to talk and repeat what you say to them — get one and see!

In the same way, we wish our pooches could talk to us, but unfortunately how doggies “speak” is through barking and their body language. Unless you have a talented doggy, it just isn't going to happen!

If you're like me you would love for your pooch to be able to say “I love you,” but you're content with your puppy looking at you with her big puppy dog eyes. That mean I love you without your dog actually saying it. But wait…there is a doggy that can say a phrase and it will knock your socks off.
