This is a dark video but well worth the watch. It really shows how human beings can make a difference. Listen to the rescuers young son. We know exactly how he felt!
The poor Pug was obviously hungry and confused and, in his own doggy way, was praying for a better life. What concerns us is how he got away from wherever it was he initially lived or did someone drop him off?
If the latter that is very sad and we once again congratulate this young man for his kindness and urge to help a young dog in trouble!
