Most dogs are excited, jumping up and down, the moment they hear the key inserted into their home’s door lock. It means their Mommy or Daddy have come home from a long day at work!

What joy! Not only will one or the other be there to pat them on the head, possibly even give him a gentle belly rub, but soon there will be food in the bowl and maybe even a water refresher!

The above is probably pretty much everything a pooch thinks when he hears his master coming home … but then there is the pooch on the next page. This little fella has a rather different reaction to Daddy’s return home and it is hilarious!

We won’t spoil it by saying that respect seems a little lacking but if the house is ever broken into we expect this pooch might show the burglar where his master’s safe is! watch his reaction (or lack thereof) after the break!
