  1. I grew up with mutts and pits my whole life and when I moved out on my own my boyfriend decided we should get a pug. They are perfect just as any animal is.
I don’t believe cross breeding pugs makes any one less superior than the next. But what I will stand up for is the fact that my two pugs are very bright. They listen and are trained well and enjoy doing random tricks for treats or belly rubs.
Not every dog is bright but the breed as a whole is not stupid. So that comment is about as ignorant as they come. My two pure bred pugs are perfect in every way to me and I couldn’t imagine changing them in anyway.

  2. Your fru-babies are so cute

I agree. I grew up with mutts and I loved them all. We got out dogs in front of grocery stores from people with boxes of puppies. We did not know about spay/neutering. Just loved them.

  3. My pug might not be perfect, he might not always listen whenever I order him to do something but he’s always there to comfort me whenever I’m sad, he tilt his head from left to right whenever I talk to him like he understands what I’m saying, he gives me affection with kisses every single day. I cannot see my life without him. He brings joy and happiness in my life in his own way. He might not be the perfect breed but he’s perfect to me because I wouldn’t change him for anything in the world <3

  4. I have a chug (pug and chiahua his mix) and a Puggle (pug and beagle mix)! They’re both incredibly sweet, and have the best of the pug traits (personality-wise and physically) ☺️

  5. I didn’t pay a dime to get my chug. He is a result of people not fixing their pets and needing a home. Now i have paid vet bills and things to that nature but not to a breeder. Secondly due to the fact he is part chihuahua he actually has a longer snout than pugs so no breathing issues, he does have the barreled chest but that hasn’t shown to be a problem.
