Here Are 10 Adorable Pug Cross-Breeds You’ve Never Heard Of. The Last One Will Melt Your Heart.

4) Poxer: Boxer and Pug

A Poxer is a mix between a Pug and Boxer. A Poxer is a designer Pug crossbreed who's recognized by IDCR (The International Designer Canine Registry) and DBR (The Designer Breed Registry). That means a Poxer is more common than other mixed breeds and made wonderful companions!

Boxers are loyal and intelligent and love to spend time with their human(s) and get plenty of exercise.

A Boxer combined with a Pug creating a Poxer may result in this mixed breed having less energy but who knows! It usually all depends on your Poxer's personality and how they were raised as a puppy.

If you need a hiking buddy or just a loyal BFF, a Boxer sounds like the perfect Pug cross breed.

Plus, look at that face! Aww!

  1. No.
    Just, no.
Breeding to improve the quality and standard of a dog breed is one thing, but this is inexcusable backyard nonsense. There is NO REASON WHY these dogs should exist. Pugs are literally perfect by themselves, as are the other dog breeds that were used to dilute each other. STOP CROSS-BREEDING.

  2. Everything about this is so wrong. People pay money for the dog they want. We like boston terriers and pugs. Why wouldnt we pay money for a bugg? Sometimes it isnt about the breed being a mix but what that breed can do for the family getting the dog.
