Here Are 10 Adorable Pug Cross-Breeds You’ve Never Heard Of. The Last One Will Melt Your Heart.

6) Schnug: Mini Schnauzer and Pug

Ever heard of a Schnug? If you haven't then now, you know that a Schnug is a cross breed between a Mini Schnauzer and a Pug.

If you take a look at a Schnug from a distance, you may spot fawn coloration, a cute butt, and a curly tail which may lead you to believe you're looking at a Pug. However, don't be deceived. Come a little closer and you'll see an adorable face that isn't super smooshy, and the dog will also have wiry schnauzer hair!

Schnugs are very playful and stubborn and have bold personalities. If you have a Schnug, it sounds like you have a lot of work cut out for you! However, I have no doubt she'll definitely be worth it.

  1. No.
    Just, no.
Breeding to improve the quality and standard of a dog breed is one thing, but this is inexcusable backyard nonsense. There is NO REASON WHY these dogs should exist. Pugs are literally perfect by themselves, as are the other dog breeds that were used to dilute each other. STOP CROSS-BREEDING.

  2. Everything about this is so wrong. People pay money for the dog they want. We like boston terriers and pugs. Why wouldnt we pay money for a bugg? Sometimes it isnt about the breed being a mix but what that breed can do for the family getting the dog.
