Pugsund or Daug is a cross between the wrinkly, curly-tailed Pug and the tiny sausage dog, Dachshund. They are very loving and playful dogs.

They inherit more good and less bad from both parents, so you can be happy about a pug-like puppy with a dachshund’s temperament or vice versa. They love to be cuddled, are playful, and appearance-wise, look very cute and innocent.

Bugg: Boston Terrier & Pug

So what do you get when you cross a Pug and a Boston Terrier? A bundle of cuteness is what!

Although its exact origins are unclear, the Bugg has seen a swift rise in popularity amongst designer dog breed enthusiasts; and quite rightly so.

They are absolutely adorable and their playful and loving personalities make them an excellent dog for most first time dog owners.

Pugshire: Yorkshire Terrier & Pug

Pugshires have the head of a Yorkie and the body of a Pug, and with the nose mid-way between the two. They are absolutely gorgeous dogs that get attention everywhere they go.

Pugshires are very gentle and kind natured dogs. They are very friendly, and always want to meet new people. They tend to lick quite a lot. They also have a tendency to be extremely silly at times. They gets along with people of all ages. Pugshires do bark quite a lot, but not as much as a Yorkie. They do like to talk though.

Pugshires are not very energetic. They may have outbursts throughout the day but then they return to relaxing. They should be taken for a daily walk between 30 minutes to 1 hour is good. They can go for really long walks up to four hours but then will sleep for hours afterward.

Whatever combination these little beasties come in they are all adorable and interesting! If you would like to look at more odd and wonderful combinations of pugs and other breeds just check on PawBuzz.

While having a pure breed may be preferable to some, we would not give up our puggy mixes for the world!
