All dogs have inevitably been to a groomer and returned out with a less than desirable haircut. I remember one of the very first groomers I chose for my dog. I told them to keep her hair long and when I picked her up there was hardly any hair left on her head. It took over a year for it to fully grow back and look “normal” again. Since she's part Yorkie, her hair should have laid down well on her head, but after this disaster, the hair on top of her head was curly and full. At times, she looked like Simba from The Lion King, LOL!
Not only did this grooming experience teach me that not all groomers are the same, but that it pays to do your homework before taking your pooch to just any groomer. Seriously!
On the next page, you're about to see some pooches that underwent serious — I mean tragic — grooming. And I'm not talking normal grooming — these poor dogs have suffered grooming styles that no pooch should have to go through.
Let's just say if I was one of these dogs I would want to hide for cover, LOL! Talk about being traumatized for life!
