Every Thanksgiving, those of us who are big time dog fans sit down and watch the Purina National Dog Show. It’s a fascinating, joyful and very serious dog display for purebreds of every stature. They and their breeders, owners and trainers, vie for the prize of Best In Show.
During the spectacle, the judges checked everything including height, weight, posture, health and the way they walk about the round.
In 2015, the 14th annual event was hosted by John O’Hurley and David Frei with some backstage commentators. They enthusiastically introduced us to the pooches who were ready to compete in seven groups.
