Staff members at the Dogs Trust Mancester “rehoming center” have been taking care of Murphy, an older dog, with a sweet and gentle disposition, who cannot seem to get adopted out of the local shelter. One day, the employees noticed Murphy, the normally soft natured pup, perked up when observing an employee reading a book and they decided to test something out.

Over time they learned that it didn't seem to matter what the story was, or who read the words on the page! As long as Murphy is being read to while he chews on something, he's relaxed!
