Lucky Pug — he gets a special treat after he climbs the stairs! Talk about an incentive! I bet if we got a treat every time we made it up the stairs we would be super fast too!

Don't get any ideas about rewarding yourself every time you do another lap up the stairs. You're not going to burn any calories that way! This Pug looks like he could run for days, but if you're struggling to conquer those steps, try eating a granola bar after several laps. Food, dedication, and, of course, a puppy pal can get you through!
