Bringing a new pup into the household has its issues. It’s not just all about protecting him, feeding him and making sure he’s happy. You also have to consider how he’ll get along with the others dogs.
Sometimes they hit it off right away, start to play and all is well. But more often than not there are issues. There are some growling and barks involved. It doesn’t mean they will not get along later when they get to know each other better, but the best we can hope for at the moment is a frenemy impasse.
At least that is better than out and out biting and fighting all over the house, right? And yes, it will work as long as one or the other understands that a growl is a warning. Don’t get too close or the situation might escalate.
After the break, take a look at two — actually — three pups that tread that fine line between friends and enemies on this true to life video. It’s funny and, honestly, reminds us of a few people we know!
