While the following may be the cutest things you ever saw we have to press that there are probably better things to spend your hard earned cash on. If Bobby needs braces and little Mary needs medication, please do this before considering buying a specialty pet!
Hilton is Betty’s Teacup Yorkies’ most high-profile client. She’s picked up at least three palm-sized pups from the Calgary-based breeder since 2014, famously dropping $25,000 on two teacup Pomeranians in 2015. Betty’s website currently lists dogs for sale—Yorkies, Bulldogs, Pomeranians, Chihuahuas, Maltese, and so on—with prices ranging from $3,900 to $9,500. So you see, there are more budget-friendly options!

If $3,900 is still too rich for your blood, may we suggest window shopping via the selections from @BettysYorkies below? And when you’re done, go to your local shelter, and for the love of dog, #ADOPTDONTSHOP!!!
Wow, they are precious! But even the inexpensive models are too much for us.
Don’t worry about these little cuties going to waste. Someone will want them and will, no doubt, pay the price asked for their uniqueness. Just remember that there are little doggies out there, possibly not of the highest pedigree but as cute and loving as can be, that need and want you loving friendship.
Paris Hilton may not want them gracing her purse tote-bag but we certainly do!

Too fragile for family with small kids, I’ve had Pomeranians since 1980 and had fractured bones & knees with torn ACL & the teeth got decay early!

My old blink 12 year old pug I adopted in Germany is my love of my life. He has us trained nicely. He’s also had just about every problem possible. I still wouldn’t have it any other way.

I paid 500 a piece for my 2 pugs and they are the best therapy for my anxiety and depression, they also help with my paim, they are constantly doing something adorable to make us laugh, like Annabelle going under the table cloth thinking she is hiding on us when it’s time to go in the crate so we can go to work, or Frankie turning around in circles with 1 leg in the air to get extra attention

Owning a dog can be expensive but worth it if you can afford it. My wife and I have spent enough on our 2 dogs and my daughters dog over the last 2 years to buy a car. Vet bills, day care and private dog park fees do sometimes feel overwhelming but it’s all worth it. I wish every kid could have a dog but the truth of the matter is, to do right by the dog is more than most can afford.

Not if you adopt from a breed rescue group. Smaller breeds tend to cost more because they usually have smaller litters, and they’re prone to having more whelping complications.

My Billy (Pug) was $700, but he was well worth every penny! We were happily together 14+ of his 15+ years, He’s been gone almost six years now, and I still love and miss him so.
