These Adorable (and Small) Puppies Come With a Hefty Price Tag

We get that you like small dogs. Who doesn’t? They are easy to pick up, do not mess as much as their bigger brethren, and some of the really small variety barely eat a table spoon of food a day! That is not just cute but economically pleasing.

But sadly, that is not always true. These pocketbook pets, made mostly famous by heiress Paris Hilton, can be more than a little pricey. As a matter of fact, they can be amazingly expensive. A year-of-college- expensive. A good down payment on a new car expensive. A grocery budget for two years expensive!!

You may think we are exaggerating but, as crazy as it sounds, it’s all true. You pay for pedigree and the smaller the pooch the higher the price tag!

Go over to the next page and take a look at some of these little cuties. If they knew how much they cost they would probably yip then fall over in a dead faint!

  1. I paid 500 a piece for my 2 pugs and they are the best therapy for my anxiety and depression, they also help with my paim, they are constantly doing something adorable to make us laugh, like Annabelle going under the table cloth thinking she is hiding on us when it’s time to go in the crate so we can go to work, or Frankie turning around in circles with 1 leg in the air to get extra attention

  2. Owning a dog can be expensive but worth it if you can afford it. My wife and I have spent enough on our 2 dogs and my daughters dog over the last 2 years to buy a car. Vet bills, day care and private dog park fees do sometimes feel overwhelming but it’s all worth it. I wish every kid could have a dog but the truth of the matter is, to do right by the dog is more than most can afford.
