If you're considering dating a dog person but have never been a dog owner before, don't worry. Prepare yourself, because in no time at all you'll become a dog lover too.
Dogs are easy to love because if they know how much you care about their parent, chances are they will like you too. Side note — if initially they don't care for you don't give up. Some dogs make you work for their affection.
Besides the pooch liking you, the fact that your significant other has a doggy says a lot about them. They're most likely more easy going about life (because let's be honest, taking care of a pooch takes some work). And they also are loving, generous, and are willing to put up with your crap (quite literally LOL).
Still not sure if you should date someone with a “fur child?” There are MANY more convincing reasons why you should after the break.
