Here’s a feisty pug that knows when he sees something he does not like. But what in the world is it?

At the end, I think we have a better idea why this pooch is so verbal. Yes, it was confusing for a while but, after all, he is a dog and when a dog sees something so disturbing as another dog when he is in a car with no way out, he just has to let loose.

Something tells us that the other pup is lucky Torito did not get out of the car. In this case his bark is definitely worse than his bite!
