It may only be a slipper to you and I but to Maggie and her owner it is a device of such importance, of such significant magnitude, that it could show one and all who is champion – a man or his pug!

Now personally, we probably would not take a slipper into our teeth, particularly one that looks like it has been dragged around the house and through the yard a few times. However, this is a competition after all and if some guy on TV can eat worms while abandoned on a remote island then why can’t a man play teeth tug of war with his pug and a dirty slipper?
