Watch out this chemical is not just in many of this brand treats but in others, plus many dog foods. This chemical is in antifreeze and even though in the dog products they claim is so small it is not harmful so it is still on shelves. If given over a long period of time (years) on a regular bases can cause seizures and even death. I lost my pug who was almot 10 yrs old to unexplained seizures the came on and worsened after years of exposure to treats and food with this product. Sadly I found out about this chemical to late. Buyer beware!! Read your labels!!!

Bottom line… Purins uses low grade meats and fillers that are not human grade. NOT something you want to feed your loyal loving dog. Besides when you feed high quality food the feeding amounts are less, therefore you are not spending that much more on food.

My vet said the same and up until about 3 month ago it was the only good my dogs were not throwing up. Then I bought a bag and my older pug was vomiting from it every day so I switched to Racheal Ray and they love it. First time in 2 years my dogs have fought over good lol.

Let me save you some ridiculous clicking “Purina has announced a voluntary recall of certain packages of their Beneful Prepared Meals, Beneful Chopped Blends and Pro Plan Savory Meals brands due to the packaged foods potentially not containing the recommended levels of added vitamins and minerals.”
